Basic information of the project
The construction area is 33455.58 square meters, located on the subway line. Partial demolition, structural changes, reinforcement and renovation, and decoration upgrades are currently being carried out.
Project reinforcement plan
This project involves a wide range of areas, complex demolition and renovation situations, a large workload, and a challenging task. After scheme demonstration and economic and technical feasibility comparison, and with the consent of the owner, it has been decided to reinforce the beams and corresponding slab cracks in the area with external carbon fiber reinforcement.
According to the requirements of the standard, before changing the purpose or renovation of the building, the relevant parties entrust relevant engineering quality inspection institutions to test the current structural defects or damage, structural component bearing capacity, structural deformation and other structural performance of the original building. Based on the test results, the following reinforcement plan is formulated:
1. The removal of the load-bearing wall has changed the entire structure of the house, and it is necessary to reinforce the columns with steel plates, so that the steel plates and concrete work together to improve the bearing capacity and stiffness of the original components.
2. Partial beams and slabs are reinforced with carbon fiber to enhance bearing capacity and extend the service life of the building.
3. Due to insufficient steel reinforcement in the original structure, anchor adhesive was used to reinforce the columns with enlarged cross-sections.
Project reinforcement methods and material selection
In terms of reinforcement materials, the reinforcement party conducted multiple inspections and observed the product application process in actual engineering for this renovation project; In the end, products such as Horse carbon fiber, adhesive bodning steel, and anchor adhesive were selected among many manufacturers.
