1. Carbon Fiber Sheet
Our carbon fiber sheet is made of high-quality PAN-based carbon fiber dry filaments and hot-melt threads, processed through precision weaving technology. It is not impregnated, maintaining the original state of dry fiber bundles. It features ultra-high tensile strength (far higher than ordinary steel), excellent fatigue resistance, and superior flexibility. As a flexible dry reinforcement material, it is mainly used for the reinforcement of concrete structures such as beams, slabs, columns, and walls, especially suitable for scenarios where the appearance of the structure needs to be preserved, the construction space is limited, or the structure has irregular shapes that require close fitting. The light weight of the carbon fiber fabric ensures that it will not significantly increase the self-weight of the original structure, while its excellent corrosion resistance allows it to be used in harsh environments such as humidity and corrosion, maintaining long-term stability. 2. Carbon Fiber Laminate
Carbon fiber laminate (also known as carbon fiber plate) is a prefabricated composite material made of carbon fiber and high-performance epoxy resin through hot pressing and curing. It has the advantages of high rigidity, stable performance, and easy cutting. Compared with carbon fiber sheet, it has higher bearing capacity and is suitable for the reinforcement of structures that need to bear large loads, such as bridge beams, industrial plant beams, and high-rise building columns.
