Project overview
The cracks occur in the slab, and the cracks are developed from the outside to the inside, and the cracks are formed in the part. After analysis, it is inferred that the cause of the formation is as follows:
(1) the steel bar is misplaced and the protective layer is too large, which causes the decrease of the structure bearing capacity to cause the crack.
(2) the upper part of the plate is not due to the negative bending moment, and the upper part of the plate is cracked.
(3) the expansion crack caused by the temperature stress.
In view of the above analysis reasons, in order to prevent further corrosion and crack growth in the slab, grouting must be carried out for the cracked plates. At the same time, in order to prevent the failure of the stress concentration at the crack site, we should externally bonded carbon fiber reinfroced polymer(CFRP) fabric for the cracks.
